Candidates we have placed have hit the ground running, thinking about and solving problems in different ways. They have transformed their workgroups and hiring managers say they are better managers from the experience.
The Neurodiversity @ Work program identifies and engages candidates with Autism. N@W also provides a full range of services for our employment partners. Working collaboratively with your company personnel, we design the program content to meet your requirements and goals using proven materials and training techniques. N@W can be expanded to other company locations, or new content can be designed. Based on the positions to fill, we’ll select from our existing talent pool or recruit candidates that best fit your company’s needs.
Our Recruiting Strategy
