By entering one of these contests, you are supporting the programs at HMEA that support thousands of people with differing abilities!
VIDEO CONTEST (3/1-5/21)
Here’s how it works:
• Take a video with your phone and upload it to YouTube or Vimeo. When you submit your entry, you will be asked for the link to the video. If you need help with this process, please contact Sam at sshepherd@hmea.org.
• Share your link with friends and family (you will get this via email from Osmosvote. (Check your spam box)
• They vote on your video by making a donation. 1 vote = $1
• All donations will be allocated to the HMEA program chosen by the contestant
• The submission with the most votes at the close of the contest will win a GoPro MAX 6K Waterproof 360-Degree Action Camera!
• The winner will be announced during our Live Virtual event on May 23rd.

- Start by registering as an incredABLE participant by clicking here.
- Start tracking your activity hours (walking, running, dancing, yoga, etc..). You can use a fitness app or download the Keep Moving Activity Tracker. (Any amount of activity hours counts! Just do your best to keep moving!)
- To be entered as a contestant, submit a Keep Moving Activity Tracker by May 16 to sshepherd@hmea.org. You could win a Garmin Vivofit 4 Activity Tracker Watch
- The drawing will take place and be announced during our live broadcast event on May 23rd.
Here’s how it works:
- Start by registering as an incredABLE 5k runner by clicking here.
- Find a 5k route near you (or create your own) and run on your own time.
- All registered runners who submit their time by May 16 will be entered into a random drawing to win a Garmin Forerunner 735XT Fitness Watch.
- In addition, runners who submit their time will be eligible for qualifying as first-place runners for each category and those winners will receive an incredABLE Day swag bag chock full of goodies!
- The categories are: Adult Male (over 18), Adult Female (over 18), Adult Non-Binary (over 18), Jr. Male (under 18), Jr. Female (under 18), Jr. Non-binary (under 18), Sr. Male (over 65), Sr. Female (over 65), Sr. Non-binary.
- The drawing will take place and be announced during our live broadcasted event on May 23rd.

- Help them track their activity hours. You can use a fitness app or download the Kids Keep Moving Activity Tracker. (any amount of activity hours count! Just encourage them to do their best)
- To be entered as a contestant, submit a Kids Keep Moving Activity Tracker by May 16 to sshepherd@hmea.org.
- A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner will be randomly drawn.
- The drawing will take place and announced during our live broadcast event on May 23rd.
