EMPLOYMENT and CBDS PROGRAM Support Specialists |
Schedule includes duties with 1:1 individuals and assist people to explore community resources to find meaningful recreational and social activities. Must have High School diploma or equivalency and one year experience in MR/MH field. Must have a valid driver's license and use of a safe vehicle that seats two passengers and meet HMEA's driving requirements. Must complete all required paperwork/ documentation, work flexible days/hours as needed and be physically able to perform all job responsibilities including lifting and physical restraint. Also must work in conjunction with and follow all PT, OT, Speech and RN therapeutic protocols. |

REDEMPTION CTR. MANAGER |
High School Diploma or equivalence. Three years experience in MR/MH area. Supervisory experience preferred. Must hold a valid drivers license and meet HMEA’s driving requirements and have use of a safe vehicle that seats two passengers. Must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver Fitness Certificate. Demonstrate ability to work independently with off-site supervision. Must be physically able to perform all job responsibilities including, but not limited to, lifting, physical restraint, use of pallet jack to load and unload truck. Must be able to work flexible days and hours, and arrive at work on time. Must be able to work with the public in a courteous manner. Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisor, customers, distributors and others as needed. This position also includes Job Coaching at an on-site business, which includes teaching skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be able to keep accurate records in relation to the Redemption Centers day-to-day operations, and employee record keeping. Complete required trainings and maintain certifications. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned. |

Day Habilitation Program Support Specialists |
Assist people to explore community resources to find meaningful recreational and social activities, teach individuals to perform tasks necessary to function as independently as possible, transport people to and from community activities. Must have high school diploma or equivalency, an Associates Deg ree is preferred. Demonstrate experience with developmentally disabled persons and siteless or community-based services. Demonstrate the ability to work independently with off-site supervision. Must have a valid drivers license and use of a vehicle. |

25 hours, High school diploma or equivalency. 1 yr. experience in MR/MH field. A valid driver’s license and must have use of a reliable vehicle that seats two passengers, and meet HMEA's driving requirements. Also must be physically able to perform all job responsibilities. The employment specialist should have experience working with individuals with disabilities; experience with job development is a plus. They need a valid driver's license, be willing to travel to different job sites. They also need to have good written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should posses an energetic personality and be someone who enjoys a challenge, but is also caring and compassionate. |

Lead Classroom Assistant |
Educating children 9 to 22 years of age with autism/PDD. Responsibilities include overseeing educational/behavioral programming for students and training and consultation for families. Minimum 3 years of experience using ABA. Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience preferred, or a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience required.
