Residential Coordinator
Attleboro Areas
Manage residential network, which supports people in a variety of setting. Implement agency mission to assist people in becoming active members of their community. Incorporate residential strategic objectives. Hire, train, supervise managers and direct support staff. Review and approve ISPs. Provide training and support to staff in developing Level 1 Behavior Plans. Bachelor's Degree in related field, Master's preferred. 4 to6 years supervisory experience in MR/DD residential services. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving status as determined by HMEA's insurance company.

Support Specialists
Bellingham and Sutton

Schedule includes duties with 1:1 individuals and assist people to explore community resources to find meaningful recreational and social activities. Must have High School diploma or equivalency and one year experience in MR/MH field. Must have a valid driver's license and use of a safe vehicle that seats two passengers and meet HMEA's driving requirements. Must complete all required paperwork/ documentation, work flexible days/hours as needed and be physically able to perform all job responsibilities including lifting and physical restraint. Also must work in conjunction with and follow all PT, OT, Speech and RN therapeutic protocols.
